The Twilight Saga was the series that got me back into my fantasy streak. I remember reading the first three books before the series even became famous. My high school librarian had told me about this new series that was supposed to be really good.  At first I was really hesitant but decided to check all three books out. I ended up reading all three books within a couple days because I was instantly hooked. While there were some parts in the series that were a little cheesy, I still enjoyed it and found myself becoming emotionally tied to the characters. After I finished the first three books I was upset because I had to wait over a year for the next one. I was constantly checking Stephenie Meyer’s website, http://stepheniemeyer.com/index.html, for updates as well as information about her other projects.

November 21, 2008 was the day the first Twilight movie was released! Unfortunately, the movies were not as good as the books but I still enjoyed them all. I have gotten almost all of my friends obsessed with both the books and the movies. We have a huge group that all goes to the theaters opening night to see the movies.
